Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.


Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 2–3 business days

  • EU countries: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of the world: 4–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, courier delays, or high-volume periods (e.g. launches or sales). We’ll keep you updated on your order’s journey.


Customs & Duties (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices

  • demnéa is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, original shipping and return costs will not be refunded.


Abandoned Packages

If a package is held at customs or returned without customer response, it may be considered abandoned and disposed of by the carrier.
Unfortunately, such orders are not eligible for refunds.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
