Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Australia, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Canada, United States of America (USA).

Some countries may have restrictions or require additional customs duties or local taxes.

How long does delivery take?


• Italy: 2–3 business days

• European Union: 2–5 business days

• Rest of the world: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.

How much does shipping cost?


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination. IInternational orders may be subject to customs duties and which are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I change or cancel my order?


Once the order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we’ll do our best to assist you.

How can I track my order?


You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, please contact us at info@demnea.com.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return an item?


Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

Which items are non-returnable?


Customized or made-to-order items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I care for my jewelry?


To extend the life of your pieces:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals

• Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising

• Gently wipe with cotton cloth to preserve its brilliance

• Store in a dry place, ideally in the original pouch to keep it flawless
